CMTP in collaboration with The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is hosting a webinar on August 27th 2012 on the potential uses of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) techniques to integrate stakeholder preferences in Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER).

As part of the AHRQ Community Forum project, this webinar will introduce researchers and other stakeholders to the conceptual basis for MCDA and provide examples of how two of the most prevalent MCDA approaches can be used to integrate stakeholder preferences in the prioritization and design of CER studies. The speakers include Maarten Ijzerman (University of Twente), Jerry Krishnan (University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago) and Reed Johnson (RTI International).
