CMTP Supports CER in Kyphoplasty
BALTIMORE, Maryland (August 16, 2011) - In continued efforts to
improve healthcare and healthcare research, CMTP hosted a stakeholder meeting
earlier this year focusing on Comparative Effectiveness Research for
kyphoplasty, a treatment for chronic back pain.

The Center for Medical Technology Policy (CMTP) CMTP is a
private, non-profit organization which serves as a neutral forum to promote
discussion and develop strategies that improve the quality of clinical research
