Stakeholder Engagement is a key component of CER. Stakeholders can be utilized to select research questions, develop study protocols and methods, and implement research and should be involved through the entire lifespan of the project.
Stakeholders are in the best position to prioritize topics and questions for CER efforts. Stakeholders also offer additional opportunities for dissemination and implementation of research findings.
