Core Outcome Sets

Bringing better evidence to clinical trials.

A core outcome set (COS) is an agreed minimum set of outcomes that should be collected in all clinical trials for a given condition. Development of a core outcome set assures a consistent, stakeholder-vetted set of outcomes will be accessible from different studies across decision contexts for regulatory and health technology assessment, coverage and reimbursement, and patient care. Through our Green Park Collaborative initiative, CMTP has several core outcome set initiatives in process or recently published.
