Onsite Registration Only
Tuition includes training sessions, materials, and daily breakfast and lunch. Institute space is limited. Participants will be accepted in order of registration. Once at capacity, waitlisted participants will be accepted as spaces become available.

Registrants that cancel through June 24, 2011 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations June 25 through July 8, 2011 will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee. Beginning July 8, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing or by registrant through registration system.
Group Registrations
A 30% discount is available to groups registering 3 or more participants. Group reservations must be made at the same time and be paying with a single method to receive the discount. Onsite registration only at this time.
