The summary of the July Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) meeting is now available here.  Stakeholders at the meeting discussed key challenges on demonstrating the clinical utility of NGS-based testing for timely and effective integration of this technique into clinical practice in oncology. Several discussions are scheduled to take place in early 2015, with a stakeholder meeting in April.  An effectiveness guidance document (EGD) will be issued in 2015 with the recommendations identified by GPC and participants.
